Dermalogica Pty Limited (“Dermalogica”) is committed to protecting and respecting your personal privacy. Dermalogica is committed to complying with the National Privacy Principles (NPPS) set out in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Dermalogica may collect and process the following data about Users:


Dermalogica may collect information about Users’ computers including, where available, Users’ IP addresses, operating systems and browser types, for system administration. This is statistical data about Users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, Dermalogica may obtain information about Users’ general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of a Users’ computer’. Cookies contain information that is transferred to Users’ computer’s hard drive. They help Dermalogica to improve Dermalogica’s site(s) and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

They enable Dermalogica :-

Where Dermalogica has given Users (or where Users have chosen) a password which enables Users to access certain parts of Dermalogica’s site(s), Users are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Dermalogica asks Users not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. The Privacy Act gives Users the right to access information held about them. Users’ right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Privacy Act. The cost of providing Users with details of the information help by Dermalogica may be subject to a fee of $30.
